Hilston Wood Floors offers a complete contracting service from product selection and design advice through to project completion. Having been leading members of the ATFA training team since 2009 and associated with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable craftsmen in our field, Hilston Wood Floors has earned a unique insight into timber flooring installation, finishing techniques and products, that can be matched by very few.

Hilston Wood Floors is experienced with installing both solid and engineered timber floors, including prefinished and unfinished products.

As can be seen in some of the examples of our work, we have extensive experience in creating beautiful parquetry flooring from classic patterns such as brick bond, mosaic, chevron and herringbone to more elaborate patterns such as the timeless French designs – Marie Antoinette and Versailles.

Hilston Wood Floors also has extensive expertise when it comes to sanding and finishing of both new and existing flooring using a wide range of coating products. We can discuss with you and determine which product best suits your aesthetic and lifestyle needs from natural coatings such as burnishing oils to stains and non-toxic flooring products. We can also offer a range of sheen levels to suit your preference.
